Feargus Dent - Principal
With over a decade’s experience in the staffing sector covering key areas across Operations and Technology, Feargus has developed an innate knowledge of the Financial Services industry, internationally in both the UK and US. Leveraging his experience in rising to Head of Financial Services. Feargus’ acumen in relationship management, team-building and business development led to co-creation of Cooper Sachs, a specialist contract staffing entity that placed highly skilled Temporary/ Contract professionals at large industry-leading global organizations.
Luke Hume - Principal
Having begun his career in international rugby, Luke retired having represented the USA national team and took his transferable leadership and teamwork skills into the technology and latterly, recruitment sector. Excelling in sales and business development, Luke’s ability to mentor and nurture talent fostered the growth of his colleagues and the contracts and technology divisions, rising to become the most successful global biller over five years before moving on to further success via the co-creation of Cooper Sachs.
Christina Howard - Partner
Starting her established career working at a Big Four accounting firm, then a Controller at a Top 10 US Bank, all prior to joining DHG (now FORVIS). Amassing more than 20 years of advisory and accounting experience, specializing in recruiting talent and building teams across a wide variety of verticals. Christina was named as one of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 and she serves on various Board of Directors. Christina is also a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
